What to have ready
So your cleaner can get straight to work, we ask that the following are at the property and in working order on the day of the visit.
- Vacuum cleaner (emptied and working)
- Mop and bucket
- Broom and dustpan
- Iron and ironing board (if booking ironing services)
- Squeegee
- Step stool
We also ask that you provide the cleaning products themselves:
- Multi-surface cleaning sprays
- Bathroom and toilet detergents
- Kitchen degreasers
- Microfiber cloths
- Sponges and scouring pads
- Glass/window cleaner
- Toilet bleach
- Limescale remover
Would you rather we brought the products? We can supply everything in that second list for a fee — just say so when you get in touch and we'll include it in your quote. The equipment in the first list always stays with the property.
