Straightforward, published guide rates by the hour — no hidden fees, and nothing confirmed until we've understood exactly what you need. A 2-hour minimum applies to every visit.
Rates are split by area — London reflects the capital's higher cost of living, while our regional rate covers the rest of England & Wales. These are guide prices per hour: we'll always confirm the exact figure with you first, usually after a short call, a few photos, or a quick video walkthrough, so nothing is ever quoted blind.

How our pricing works
- 2-hour minimum booking on every visit, so a support worker or cleaner's time and travel are always properly covered.
- London vs. the rest of England & Wales — let us know your postcode and we'll confirm which rate applies straight away.
- "Custom quote" services — commercial cleaning and transport are priced around the size of the site or the length of the trip, so we agree these individually rather than publish a flat rate.
- Supply your own cleaning products and save £1/hr on any priced cleaning service — just let us know when you get in touch. It doesn't apply to commercial cleaning or transport, which don't have a published hourly rate to discount from.
- How we confirm your exact price — for cleaning, usually a quick photo or video call to see the space; for companionship and hospital discharge support, we're happy to visit in person first so everyone's comfortable before anything starts.
- Nothing is booked without your say-so — we'll always talk through the price and get your confirmation before any visit is scheduled.
