How our pricing works
- 2-hour minimum booking on every visit, so a support worker or cleaner's time and travel are always properly covered.
- Prices vary a little by location — the figures shown are the minimum starting rate; we'll confirm your exact price once we know your postcode and situation.
- "Custom quote" services — commercial cleaning and transport are priced around the size of the site or the length of the trip, so we agree these individually rather than publish a flat rate.
- Cleaning equipment and products are provided by the client — a working vacuum, mop and bucket, and the cleaning products themselves. We can supply the products for a fee on any cleaning service instead; just let us know when you get in touch and we'll include it in your quote. See the full list.
- How we confirm your exact price — for cleaning, usually a quick photo or video call to see the space; for companionship and hospital discharge support, we're happy to visit in person first so everyone's comfortable before anything starts.
- Nothing is booked without your say-so — we'll always talk through the price and get your confirmation before any visit is scheduled.
