The short version

This site currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies at all. The only cookies and storage in use are strictly necessary ones, needed to keep the site working — set out in full below. Strictly necessary (always active): Required for the site to work at all — keeping you signed in once you've logged in to the staff or admin portal, and remembering that you've already seen the welcome animation so it doesn't replay on every page. These can't be switched off.
Analytics: Would help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We don't currently use any analytics cookies — this toggle is here so you can set your preference in advance.
Marketing: Would be used to measure the effectiveness of advertising. We don't currently use any marketing or advertising cookies.

The sb-*-auth-token cookie is only ever set inside the password-protected staff and admin portals, once a team member has logged in — never on the public parts of the site you're browsing now.
