Our services

Errands & shopping

Help with the weekly shop, prescriptions, and other errands that become harder to manage alone — done alongside your parent, not just for them.

Some errands become genuinely difficult to manage alone — carrying heavy shopping, queuing at the pharmacy, or simply getting out of the house on a cold day. Our support workers go along too, not just to fetch things, but to make the outing itself easier and more sociable. And for anyone who isn't able to get out and about at all, we're just as happy to do the shop ourselves and bring everything round instead.

Guide price: £32/hr in London, £27.50/hr across the rest of England & Wales (2-hour minimum booking). See full pricing

Who it's for

For anyone who's stopped driving, finds carrying shopping difficult, would simply rather not go alone — or isn't able to get out and about at all.
