Client Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Goodfellow Support Services Ltd ("we", "us") uses your personal data when you submit a care or cleaning request through our website. It sits alongside our general Privacy Policy and adds detail specific to these request forms.
What we collect
Just your name, email, phone number, postcode, and the answers you give on the request form — what kind of support you're looking for, how often, and how soon.
Our forms are deliberately designed to ask as little as possible: the only free-text field on the care enquiry form specifically asks you not to include detailed health or care needs — we go through those with you by phone instead, once we've spoken to you, rather than collecting them through an online form.
Why we collect it
We use it to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and — if you go ahead — to deliver the service.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn't turn into a booking, we keep it for up to 12 months in case you get back in touch, then it's deleted automatically. If you become a client, your details are kept for as long as we provide services to you, plus any period required by law afterwards (for example, for accounting records).
Your right to cancel
See our Client Terms for your 14-day right to cancel once a contract for services is agreed.
Who we share it with
Your data is stored with our database and email providers, who process it on our behalf under contract, and with the staff member(s) assigned to deliver your service. We don't sell your data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at yourcare@goodfellowsupportservices.co.uk to exercise any of these rights, or to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're not satisfied with our response.
[TODO_LEGAL_REVIEW]: describes our actual data flows as built — needs compliance sign-off before this page is relied on as definitive.
